We will have lavender and flowering plants for this weekend sale! Saturday is looking beautiful to come out to the farm and gather up some of our plants to make a beautiful garden at your home!

All plants are in 4" - is size potted plants are in. We do have a few gallon size plants.
Lavender Information:
*Lavender needs well draining rocky soil and a pH of 6.5-7.8. Allow air space - so each plant should be minimum of 36” apart. No mulch! Do not over water. No mulch or fertilizer for lavenders.
Information on the different varieties of lavender:
French Hybrids
Phenomenal - an intermedia that matures to 36" wide and 30" tall. Blooms are blue-purple tight thin flower spikes. One of the later season blooming lavenders. Does not like a lot of moisture. Create in Pennsylvania to tolerate extreme swings of temperatures from extreme cold to short warm summers. More tolerant for wet cold winters. Silvery green foliage. High scent of camphor. Patented so no propagation allowed. Planting zone 5-9.
Bridget Chloe - Created in Blairsville Georgia from John and Mary (lavender growers). Blooms are a very dark blue color and dries and excellent color. Begins to bloom in Georgia very beginning of June. Best for tolerating our Georgia long hot humid summers. Deep green foliage. Matures to 36" wide and tall. Lighter scent and can be used for culinary even though it is an intermedia French lavender. Patented so no propagation allowed. Planting zone - 6-10.
Grosso - Matures to 36" tall and 24" wide. Strong lavender for our long hot humid and wet summers, as well as cold climates. Blooms a mid purple in color. One of the best fragrant of lavenders. Heavy blooms - more flowers for you to enjoy. Begins to bloom in Georgia in June. Great for bath and beauty products and distilling. Planting zone 6-10.
Provence - tolerant in poor soil and a heat lover. Also know to withstand heavy doses of summertime humidity. Matures to 36" tall and 24-36" wide. An excellent choice for creating an aromatic hedge. Blooms a lighter purple in color and dries a grey color. Used in savory dishes, as well as salads and oils. Has a peppery taste. Used to create Herb de Provence. Planting zone 5-9.
Angustifolia Culinary (English) Lavender
Munstead - fragrant cool sweet scent. Mature height 12-18" and 12-24" wide. Blooms color lavender-blue with foliage a grey-green mounded. Great herb for culinary desserts and drinks. Must harvest using scissors cutting each stem one-by-one due to various height of blooms. One of the best lavender to tolerant being planted in a pot. Planting zone 5-9. English Angustifolia lavender do not like our extreme sun rays of summer - they do best in Georgia if planted in partial shade for afternoon heat. Also prefers raised beds.
