Yes, we do sell wholesale from our farm created products to shops. We are however very selective to which shops we will wholesale to in order to make sure our quality and freshness at its best.

What is the wholesale requirement? 

$200 minimum order, plus shipping and handling. Minimum quality depends on product - see wholesale sheet which we will email to use upon request.

How do I order?

Send us an email at redoaklavender@gmail.com with your contact information, store name and web site. We will contact you back with an attached wholesale list. You may check out our product pages to see what products we make and sell.

How long is turn around from ordering date?

We usually will have your order shipped out about 1 week from time you place your order. Occasionally we might need to backorder an item, but this is rare.

Can I private label?

Yes, we encourage you to sell with your own label. There is however an added fee of 15 cents per item to private label our products. We will give you all needed information that must go on your own labels. You cannot repackage our products for retail unless you have a cottage kitchen certification.

Do you sell Internationally?

I'm sorry but at this time we do not sell wholesale internationally.

How do I get charged for my order?

We will send you an invoice at time of ordering for the products. Upon payment we begin to make your products and get your order ready for shipping. Once we know the exact weight of your order for shipping we will send out another invoice for shipping cost via USPS. Once shipping invoice is paid we will ship out that day, unless paid after hours your order will ship the following business day. We do not take checks or money orders for any orders.

How do I track my order?

Shipping is done USPS shipping boxes and each one will have a teaching number which we will send to you. All shipping boxes includes insurance.

What if my shipment is damaged?

You will need to contact us immediately, take a minimum of 3 clear pictures with visible areas of damage to box and to the products that were damaged. Pictures will be used to make a claim with USPS and to see how to replace your damaged items. We will send you information on replacing your items and time to expect replacements.

Can I pick up my order?

 Yes! Just let us know at time of ordering that you will be picking up your order and this will save you shipping cost. Be sure your pick up is during our time of shop hours.
