Lavender Extract

Lavender extract can add an unexpected surprise to any dessert or venture into a new culinary creation of your own. Lavender provides a lite color undertone to any recipe. Lavender has the ability to blend with fine chocolate, and is a perfect blend with lemons, peaches, or honey. 

Use like vanilla extract, but you only need to use 1/2 as must. So if your recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of vanilla you only need to add 1/2 teaspoon of lavender extract. Lavender extract is concentrated so use sparingly. 

Ingredients: ethyl alcohol, water, and Lavandula Angustifolia (lavender).
