Refund & Cancellations

All sales are final if purchased any product in the shop. 

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If you bought online and do not absolutely love your product, excluding culinary products, that was delivered you may return product within 15 days of delivery for full refund, minus shipping fee and product is not opened.

Culinary products are non-refundable. 

If purchased online and an item is damaged through shipping please contact your usps hub with your tracking number, since all products are shipped priority with insurance coverage. This is the same policy if your package is not delivered and tracking states it was delivered. We package really well and so once your order leaves our shop it is up to usps for safety and all damages would be usps responsibility . 

Lavender and Floral Bouquets cannot be returned whether online or in the shop. 

Classes: Cannot be refunded due to limited seating and materials that must be purchased ahead of class time. Also we cannot switch classes due to no available time at the farm to do so. Please be sure to select your class and time carefully since these times and classes will not be refunded or switched.  All classes are rain or shine and are done outside under the barn overhang, under tents, or under umbrellas. If a bad storm does cause a problem with safety class will be rescheduled. Please be aware. Thank you so much for understanding.
