This is our most popular event we have each year and so we pre-sale tickets to ovoid overcrowding to ensure an excellent visit for all to enjoy. Be sure to purchase your tickets now to guarantee you can enjoy the experience of picking the fresh aromatic lavender purple blooms to enjoy at home. We will try to sell tickets at the shop daily once you-pick lavender event begins, but you may have to wait or come back another day.

Cost: $18 per person 12 years and older. Sorry no one under 12 is allowed to cut lavender. Cutting lavender in the wrong place can actually killed the lavender plant.
Your ticket allows you to pick 50 fresh Lavender stems (which is about a half bundle) in our you-pick area field. We know this is a fantastic bargain, since florists sell fresh lavender at $1.00 per stem! What a great experience to be in a lavender field surrounded by our rows of blooming purple aromatic lavender, picking each stem you want to cut, and placing them in our French cutting baskets. Sounds like a great photo opt too! So bring your cell phone for photos. Sorry no professional cameras allowed except after shop hours with paid reservations.
Where will you pick lavender once you arrive with your ticket: We will have specific fields (in front of property with masked off) designated for our you-pick fields. Look for the tent and taped off areas. Staff will have a list of names and times for purchased tickets. *Note: We do not allow anyone to you-pick/cut lavender in the back fields, so all may enjoy the pristine looking lavender for photos.
This is a once a year event! Lavender is only in bloom for 3 short weeks a year!
When to arrive: Be sure to check your chosen ticket time to begin your you-pick, since we have others that will be doing you-pick. Your 30 minute ticket time will allow you plenty of time to choose and cut the stems.
What is provided: We will supply you with our scissors, a flower basket to gather your stems, and instructions to do your you-pick. No worries how to cut, since a staff member will also be at the field to assist you. We will tie your lavender bundle you picked when fished to take home. Can I carry the basket from you-pick field to around the farm? Nope! All baskets must stay in the you-pick field. We need our baskets for the next person to use. You may however bring your own basket to take photos with your cell phone in the fields.
Age Requirements: No children under 12 allowed in you-pick area, due to safety and insurance purposes. If you have a group, each person in your group be sure each one has the same time on their ticket (choose the same time). We limit it to only 12 people in the you-pick field at one time to make it enjoyable for all and not overcrowded. Only ticket holders will be admitted to the You-Pick Field at one time. For safety reasons, if you have small ones, children under 12 we recommend bringing a helper to watch your child while you cut. It is difficult to cut and be observant. These little ones are fast and we have rows built up with irrigation lines going across the top of each rows. We do not want little ones falling and getting a boo boo.
Refunds or Exchanges: Sorry there are no refunds or exchanges made with tickets, due to limited admission into you-pick fields. This is also our very busy time of the year and do not have time to give refunds or exchanges. However you may give your ticket to a friend or family or sell it yourself. *You may not advertise your ticket for sale on our social media pages. This is a rain or shine event and will have tent at you-pick field. If by chance we get a bad thunderstorm with lightening at the farm you may use your ticket to arrive on a non-stormy day during our weeks of you-pick season, but might have to wait till the field has room to accommodate you. Remember though - they only bloom for 3 short weeks and so once the blooms are gone they are gone till next year. This is a rain or shine event.
Parking Fee: is an additional $5 per car. Cash payment may be deposited into our black cash boxes (1 is as you enter driveway or the other cash boxes at the walkway to back field). If you do not have exact cash for boxes you may pay with cc at the counter in the shop.
Areas to Park: If the front circle parking area is filled up we have more parking on the grass in front of our trailer next door. Please see marked off parking spaces.

Pets are Not allowed in our lavender fields. This is for sanitary reasons, since we grow culinary lavender, and insurance reason, as well as we have chickens on the property. Please do not bring your pets, since they will not be allowed to enter. We do allow certified Service Dogs only, but please stay away from our chickens so they may continue to lay their amazing eggs.
Do I have to buy a ticket online? We highly recommend purchasing online to guarantee your time and date to pick. This is our busy time of year and you might not be able to purchase your tickets in the shop and if so may have to wait till the field opens up space.
* Be sure before you purchase your ticket/s that they are for the time and date you want. We must limit the you-pick field to just 12 people at a time to avoid overcrowding. We cannot add tickets or change times. What most people do is to have one person purchase all the tickets for their group at one time and then have each person in their group pay you back.
What to do after you are finished with You-Pick: You are welcome to visit the other fields and flowers, our 2 gazebos, small barn, and several picnic tables. Bring a blanket and have your own picnic among the lavender. Don't forget to visit the shop before or after you-pick for hundreds of lavender products we make right here at the farm. From field to jar - what could be better! And sometimes if the temperatures hit it just right we have sunflowers and other flowers to also pick, tickets will be sold for those in the shop. Also sample our fresh lemonade.
What to wear: June can be hot , so please wear appropriate clothing to protect you from sun rays. Hats are often a good choice. Definitely wear closed toed shoes, since bees love the clover in the. grass.
Pollinators: We have lots of butterflies and bees in the Lavender and will usually move on to the next lavender plant while harvesting. If you are allergic to bees please be aware and come prepared. We usually do not have anyone stung, but we are outside with lavender and flowers which do attract bees.
Extra Questions: Please check our FAQ page for more information and our Facebook page for current photos here at the farm.
Restroom: We have a porta-potty located just past the small barm. We do not have an inside public restroom. There are many places before arriving at the farm for public restrooms - 3 minutes from farm at the intersection of Hwy 400 and Hwy 60 and also 15 minutes away in Dawsonville - off Hwy 400 (Publix, Waffle House, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, and 2 gas stations).
*We do not have a restaurant at the farm. We do have sodas and water inside the shop for purchase.
*BY PURCHASING YOUR TICKET YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE TICKET AND AGREE TO THE RULES STATED ABOVE.
