Did you know that you could cook with most varieties of lavender? Yes you can! We sell both types of culinary lavender: sweet and savory (herb de provence) and there are many recipes to choose from! We have included some of these recipes here for your culinary pleasure! Lavender seems to add that extra little 'something' to any dish! You may use them fresh or dried, just as you would with sage or rosemary. It's aromatic, perfumey and potent in dishes that are missing a flavor long desired.
